Yeah, it likely was. It reminded me of the solar eclipse in Warriors and how the cats were all scared the sun wasn’t going to come back and that Starclan was punishing them or something.
Fun fact: Solar eclipses are only visible if there is 90% totality which is extremely rare. Apart from that solar eclipses happen every year, they are just invisible to the naked eye. So having both WC and BK eclipses at 90% is kind of funny.
