Ginseng Prosperhill is a male giant panda who is a member of the Prosperhill pandas.

Creatures of the Flood[]
- Ginseng is mentioned by Dusk when the false Dragon Speaker is sending patrols out to search the Northern Forest, supposedly to look for any pandas that might have been swept away in the great flood. Ginseng volunteers immediately to search, and, alongside Cypress, Blossom, and Lily, they were assigned their own patrol to lead.
River of Secrets[]
- While Shiver is walking through the Southern Forest, she overhears Dusk lying to Ginseng about Ghost being bloodthirsty yet too stupid to pose any threat to their community. Shiver reports the conversation to Ghost, but he doesn't believe her. When Ghost returns to the Prosperhill following Pepper's banishment, he realizes that Shiver was indeed telling the truth about "Sunset" slandering him after the Prosperhill Pandas react to his presence in fear.
