The great flood is a natural disaster that split the Northern and Southern forest and forced the pandas to live in groups. It is responsible for killing many animals, and fostering distrust in the dragonspeaker.
History[]
Prelude[]
Shortly before the flood, Sunset Deepwood anticipated his demise and told Shadowhunter to look after the triplets after their birth. He met with his brother, Dusk, anticipating that he would try and kill him. Dusk succeeded in killing the Dragonspeaker, hoping to take his place.
The Flood[]
Shortly after Sunsets death, an instensive storm broke out causing the rivers to flood. The inhabitants of the Bamboo Kingdom were caught off guard and many lost their lives. Some creatures held the Pandas accountable for the damage of the flood as they gave no forewarning. In reality the Pandas had no more foresight than the other creatures due to the death of Sunset. Shortly after the death of her mate, Orchid Rising-Tree gives birth, to the prophesied triplets, Leaf, Rain and Ghost. For their own safety, Orchid chooses to separate her children from one another to keep them safe from nefarious forces.
